2Our Service

Easy Pet Planner provides cloud-based software designed to assist pet care businesses with managing bookings, customers, staff, services, payments, communications, scheduling and other business administration functions.

We may improve, modify or update the Platform from time to time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.

If you create an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ensuring all account information is accurate
• all activity occurring under your account
• promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access.

You must not share your account with unauthorised users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where security has been compromised.

5Subscription and Payment

• Access to certain features requires an active subscription.
• Subscription fees are payable in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access.
• All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform unlawfully
• upload malicious software or harmful code
• interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
• attempt to gain unauthorised access
• copy, reverse engineer or exploit the Platform
• use the Platform to transmit unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content.

We may immediately suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7Customer Data

You retain ownership of the information you upload.

You grant Easy Pet Planner permission to host, process and store that information solely for providing the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate and that you have the necessary permissions to process personal data.

8Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Further information is available within our Privacy Policy.

9Intellectual Property

All software, designs, source code, databases, branding, logos, graphics, documentation and intellectual property relating to the Platform remain the exclusive property of Easy Pet Planner Limited or its licensors.

Nothing within these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.

10Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, software updates, third-party failures and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally interrupt the service.

11Third Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including payment processors, mapping services, messaging providers and other external services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or security of third-party services.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Pet Planner shall not be liable for:

• loss of profits
• loss of revenue
• loss of goodwill
• business interruption
• indirect or consequential losses
• corruption or loss of data where caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Easy Pet Planner harmless against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

14Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account where:

• these Terms are breached
• payment remains outstanding
• fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
• continued access presents a security risk.

Upon termination your right to use the Platform immediately ends.

15Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information obtained through use of the Platform unless disclosure is required by law.

16Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, internet failures, cyber attacks, industrial disputes, government action or power outages.

17Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on our website or notified through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
